Round calender

This machine is lodged on a solid steel column and is able to round calender and, at the same time, profile into different shapes bands for the production of earrings, bracelets, chokers and rings.

The machine is provided with a pair of interchangeable wheels. The profile and size of the wheels can be made up custom required. The diameter of the product may be changed by simply operating on a pin in order to execute with only one tool various sizes of earring, bracelets and chokers.

Moreover, during the processing the machine is able to execute on the bands fancy engravings according to customers specific requirements.
