FUNCTIONS AND PARTS OF ROUND CALENDER MACHINE
Round Calender machine is planned and built in order to calender profiled metal strips in different shapes, such as oval, triangular, quadrangular or polygonal ones.
The calendered items are then used to produce ear-rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.
The Round Calender machine is made up of the following parts:
1. Calendering head

3. Blade-guiding device
4. Handwheel for the adjustment of the calendering thickness
5. Load-bearing frame
6. Bearing feet for installation on the ground
