FUNCTIONS AND PARTS OF THE AUTOMATIC TUBE – CUTTING MACHINE

Automatic Tube - Cutting Machine is aimed at automatically cutting metal tubes according to fixed and desired cutting angles. The fixed cutting angles are two and can be set by electronical panel control means of angle graduation on the OSCILLATING pneumatic system.

The tube is feeded into the cutting area by means of a PNEUMATIC FEED UNIT. The tube being feeded by means of the feed unit and the oscillating cutting systm by strokes allows the use of this machine in automatic mode (without manual feeding and unloading procedures).

The Automatic Tube - Cutting Machine is particularly versatile thanks to a series of special adjustment possibilities, listed below:
- Double and alternated adjustment of the cutting angle;
- Adjustment of the cutting stroke;
- Adjustment of the feeding stroke of the metal tube;
- Adjustment of the centering system of the feed unit;
- Adjustment of the ustroke-downstroke speed of the blade
- Adjustment of the speed of left-right movement of the cutting angle; - Adjustment of the compressed-air pressure on the feed unit;
- Adjustment of the delivery and lubrication time of the cutting area.
- Adjustement of the cutting mode All movements of the machine, controlled by PLC programmeable from the electronic panel. The cutting blade is moved by means of an electric power engine with belt drive.

The cutting unit is mounted on a tilting plate in order to make it easier to remove the cut pieaces from the built-in vat set on the supporting box-like frame. This vat is furthermore equipped with a collection box for the pieces. The working area is completely protected by means of a tilting cover device equipped with a safety switch.
