AND PARTS OF THE Workbench-Type Satin-Finishing Machine for little metal balls. SATIN BALL MACHINE
This workbench-type machine is planned to carry out the satin-finishing procedure of little metal balls. Once the little metal balls have been set into the container pipe they are automatically fed, satin-finished and unloaded. This machine allows, through mechanical and functional adjustments and settings (through PLC device), an easy and fast change of the diameter of the small metal balls to be satin-finished. The control panel let to setup.
USE CONDITIONS OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF THE SATIN BALL MACHINE
This machine must be used within WORKSHOPS or INDUSTRIAL PREMISES, by setting the machine on a special robust workbench, having the necessary and suitable height and allowing an ergonomic use of the machine, equipped with non-skid support surface and perimetral edges of the surface itself, which should be raised about 20mm. The installation area must be suitably lit so as to allow working procedures concerning fine mechanics.
