Round Calender for strip round winding and decoratation.

This machine is lodged on a solid steel column and is able to round calender and, at the same time, profile into different shapes bands for the production of earrings, bangles, chokers and rings.
The machine is provided with a set of interchangeable rollers. The profile and size of the rollers can be made according to customer request. The diameter of the product can be changed by simply operating on a pin. This way the machine is able to produce various sizes of earring, bracelets and rings using just a single tool.
Moreover, during the process, the machine is able to design fancy engravings on the strip according to customers specific requirements.
Strip thickness from 0.1 to 0.6mm. Max strip width 18 mm.
