Diamond Cutting Machine for Wire and Tube

Automatic Diamond-cutting Machine for wire and tube (empty or cored) of circular cross section. Wire diameter from 0.9 to 6.0 mm.

The Diamond-cutting machine is designed to make diamond designs on wires and metal pipes through a diamond head.

The upper working area is made up of a pulling unit and a rotating head on which the diamond head is installed. The diamond head rotates around the wire / tube to allow the diamond cut process. The head interchangeability allows the variation of designs. The management of machining by means of a PLC also allows to set and vary various parameters (including: angle, depth of engraving, alternating mode between two different effects, etc.). The crankcase installed on the machine allows to contain production scraps so that they can be subsequently collected.
